The primer is helpful because it offers another take on the cognitive theorists mentioned in part III of the "Window on the World" chapter.
If you look at the Essay #2 prompt in the syllabus, you'll find the following sentence, "Support your ideas with the concepts from Part III, using their ideas to justify why you felt that a teaching strategy worked or did not work in your experiences (be clear and cite the cognitive theorists by name and concept)."

You do not need to cite ALL theorists, only those that support your argument, or can otherwise provide insight to your topic.
